The Elder Empowerment Program is designed to enhance the quality of life, independence, safety, and well-being of adults aged 60 and older, including seniors and their caregivers. The program provides education, resources, and supportive services that empower older adults to make informed decisions, maintain their health, protect their financial security, and remain active participants in their communities.
Through a comprehensive approach, the program addresses many of the challenges faced by older adults, including financial exploitation, health management, social isolation, and access to community resources. Educational workshops, individualized support, and community engagement activities help participants build confidence, increase self-sufficiency, and improve overall wellness.

Participants will demonstrate increased knowledge of fraud prevention and financial management, improved confidence in navigating health and community resources, enhanced social connectedness, and greater ability to maintain their independence and well-being. Caregivers will gain practical skills and support to better assist older adults while reducing caregiver stress and improving overall care outcomes
